Isengix Day 16 and Day 17: BodPod Assessment

I forgot to write in my journal yesterday, so I am combining today and yesterday’s posting.  I went in for my BodPod assessment today, and it was totally not what I was expecting.  I wasn’t allowed to run, eat, or drink for two hours prior to my assessment.  The pod is a small pod.  You need to sit still for around 45 seconds.  They run the pod 2-3 times for a most accurate reading.  Based on my BodPod assessment I have 31% body fat.  The minimum number of calories I need to function for a day is 1231.  Based on my activity level, I should eat approximately 2142 calories to maintain my weight.  To lose weight, I should eat approximately 500 calories less than the calories needed to maintain my weight.  My target caloric intake is 1642 to lose 1 pound a week.

My Weight: 142.6

Monday’s activity: Physical therapy

Tuesday’s activity 40 minute run plus 110 sit ups
