Isagenix Day 18: Wallowing in misery and frustration…

My knee bursitis is not getting any better, so I’m going to take a few days off of running.  I hate taking time off of running.  I’m a VERY active person.  For those that just started reading this blog, I need to point out a very personal fact about me, unless you went digging through the multitude of blogs I have written, you may not realize this.  I am a diagnosed Aspie.  What the hell is an Aspie, you may ask?!  Well, I’ll answer you– I have Asperger’s Syndrome.  I was diagnosed about three years ago.  Part of my Asperger’s symptoms is the inability to sit still.  Even though Isagenix and getting rid of some of the toxic foods I have been making a mainstay in my diet, and many of the symptoms have been stymied by this, I still have the unbelievable desire to move.  I am not one to just sit still on my couch with my leg up, and ice.  I am incredibly restless.

That being said, I haven’t really been focusing on my writing, or my blog for quite some time.  I am almost done editing the first part of my debut novel, but that has gone to the wayside, because my house is in chaos right now.  We are working on doing some minor home improvement projects.  So this is what I am working on currently (please excuse the mess in the pictures):

Before,  Coat One, Coat Two

One of my biggest pet peeves is things that don’t match.  Ironically, I was in the Air Force where the service dress was the awful combination of black and navy blue.  So one of the things in my home that didn’t match for three years was our bathroom cabinets.  Instead of replacing them, I decided on a whim (kind of) to paint them.  I still have to finish the doors, but I have new drawer liners, and they are now a very dark (almost black) brown.  So that’s what I have been doing the last three days to keep my mind off of the fact that my stupid f(#*ing knees are not behaving (sorry for the curse words).

Weight: 141 (yay I am going back down :)).

Early AM: Ionix plus accelerator
Breakfast: Shake
Late AM: Snack wafers
Lunch: Shake
PM Snack: Apple + Accelerator
Dinner: Salad with Lemon Dressing, 4 ounces of Roast Beef, and grilled Vegetables (approximately 450 calories)
Bedtime: Water + Flush

Activity: PT plus deep tissue (youchy) massage
